
Mental Health Awareness Day
10th October is Mental Health Awareness Day in the UK. At Bioglan Superfoods we understand the importance of good nutrition to support mental health. That’s why we incorporate super foods into our super blends. Our Supergreens blend contains a wealth of greens, which are a great source of Folic Acid and Magnesium – deficiencies of which have been linked to common mental health issues including anxiety and depression. For a berry-flavoured boost, our Superberries blend is a perfect go-to, containing Acai and a selection of other delicious berries including Goji Berry and Blueberry, as well as Magnesium, Folic Acid and Vitamin K1, which have been also been linked to alleviating symptoms of anxiety and depression.
