Vegan Rainbow Smoothie Bowl with Supergreens

This breakfast bowl with Supergreens is packed with goodness. We’ve added tropical fruit and coconut yogurt to ours, which gives it a real holiday vibe.

Method

1. Add the berries, mango, yogurt, Bioglan Supergreens and maple syrup to a blender and whiz until smooth. Add a little water if it’s too thick and extra maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
2. Transfer to a bowl and top with raspberries, passionfruit seeds, mango, kiwi, and blueberries to create a rainbow pattern. Enjoy!
