Ingredients

  • 300g silken tofu
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Brain Boost
  • Chopped pistachios (optional)

Method

Melt the chocolate.

Add the tofu, melted chocolate, agave syrup and Brain Boost to a blender until smooth.

Pour into jars or ramekins and chill in the fridge for an hour.

Add your toppings and enjoy!
