Superberries Quinoa Porridge

This warming breakfast recipe for Superberries Quinoa Porridge makes a nice change to the usual porridge oats. By adding Superberries, this will help to boost your daily vitamin intake too.
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes (or regular oats)
- 3/4 cup of your preferred milk
- 1-2 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Superberries
- 2 tsp of your preferred sweetener
- 1/2 banana
- Toppings (blueberries, cherries, strawberries, banana slices, pecans, more acai)
Method
Add the quinoa, milk and banana to a saucepan. Bring to the boil and stir continuously for a minute until the quinoa is cooked and the banana is mashed in. Stir in the Superberries. Serve and add toppings.
