Strawberry Mimosas

with Superberries

A lovely Christmas tipple, Mimosas with a Superberries twist!

Ingredients

Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer

  • 400g frozen Strawberries
  • Bottle of your favourite champagne or lemonade for non-alcoholic version
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Superberries
  • Fresh strawberries for decoration

Method

1. Add the frozen strawberries, sugar, champagne (or lemonade) and two teaspoons of Bioglan Superfoods Superberries to a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and slushy.
2. Pour the mixture into four champagne flutes.
3. Slice the strawberries down the middle and slide strawberries onto the side of the glass for decoration. Enjoy!
