Salt & Pepper Tofu

Whether you’re looking for some vegetarian recipe inspiration or trying to add more plant-based protein to your diet, why not give this Salt & Pepper Tofu with Super Protein a go?


1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil (or any other flavourless oil) ready to deep fry the tofu.
3. Mix the cornflour, Super Protein, salt, pepper and Chinese five spice powder together and coat the tofu cubes in the mix. Add the coated tofu to the heated oil and fry until the tofu is crispy and golden.
4. Chop the red pepper, chilli, onion and spring onions and fry in a pan until cooked down. Add the garlic and half of the spice mixture and mix well.
5. Add the cooked tofu and remaining spice mixture and heat through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
