Pink Fizz with Superberries

Makes 1 large pitcher

With World Cocktail Day around the corner, we’ll be shaking up our Pink Fizz with Superberries.


1. Place the sugar, Bioglan Superfoods Superberries, lemons and raspberries in a large saucepan and pour over 350ml cold water. Bring to the boil, stirring often, then leave to cool. Pour through a sieve, pressing down with a spoon to extract all the juices.
2. Add some syrup to a pitcher or glass and top with sparking water. Garnish with mint and enjoy! Any unused syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
