Peanut Butter Banana Bites

with Brain Boost

The ultimate office snack prep for an on-the-go brain boost! These Peanut Butter Banana Bites, combine the perfectly balanced sweet treat with our Brain Boost powder blend! Great for an afternoon energy boost.

Method

1. Mash the bananas and add the vanilla, agave syrup and peanut butter, mixing together.
2. Add the ground almonds, coconut flour and Brain Boost and knead together to make a dough. Add a splash of plant-based milk (we used coconut) to help it bind if it keeps crumbling.
3. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
4. Roll into balls and place onto baking paper, place back in the fridge for five minutes.
5. During this time, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil.
6. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and place back in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
