Pea & Asparagus Soup

with Supergreens

If you’re still enjoying warming soups while we count down the days until we see some Spring sunshine, try this delicious Pea and Asparagus soup with an extra healthy boost of our Supergreens powder.


1. Drizzle the olive oil into a pan and heat on a medium temperature. Once hot add garlic (minced), leeks and the fennel. Heat until fragrant.
2. Boil the kettle and add 500g hot water to 1 stock cube. Stir until combined and add to the pan.
3. Once the broth is boiling, add the asparagus and cook until soft. Add the peas and cook for a further 5 minutes.
4. Once cooked, add the parsley and Bioglan Superfoods Supergreens.
5. Using a blender, blitz the soup until smooth.
6. Serve into bowls and garnish with parsley, black pepper, paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
