Mixed Berry Pudding
with Superberries

This Mixed Berry Pudding with Superberries is a super tasty dessert bursting with berries.

- 300g of Black Forest Frozen Fruit, defrosted
- 1 ½ tbsp of light muscovado sugar
- 3 tbsp black cherry jam
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Superberries
- 4 ripe pears, peeled, quartered and cornered
- 50g white breadcrumbs
- 25g butter, melted
Method
1. Mix the defrosted black forest fruit in a bowl with the sugar and jam, then add the Superberries to the bowl and mix.
2. Peel, quarter and corner the pears and add to the bowl, mix together and place into a deep baking dish. Cover in foil and place into the oven for 20 minutes or until the pears feel soft.
3. Whilst the pudding is in the oven, melt the butter in a saucepan and portion out the breadcrumbs. Add the butter to the breadcrumbs and mix until combined. Sprinkle over the pudding and return to the oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes until golden.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
