
Heart Shaped Peanut Butter Cookies
with Digestive Boost

These heart shaped vegan peanut butter cookies are made even better with our Digestive Boost powder blend! A treat that’s also good for your gut.
Ingredients

- 50g Caster Sugar
- 50g Brown Sugar
- 50g Margarine
- 60g Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 95g Self Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Digestive Boost
- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
- Chocolate Hearts (Optional Topping)
- Freeze Dried Raspberries (Optional Topping)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Melt the margarine down in the pan or microwave, add both caster sugar and brown sugar to the bowl and mix until combined and smooth.
3. Then add in the peanut butter, vanilla extract and mix.
4. Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda and Bioglan Superfoods Digestive Boost powder blend and combine until you get a cookie dough form.
5. Scoop out the mixture and form a cookie ball in your hand, then immediately place into a bowl of caster sugar, then onto a baking tray with lined non-stick baking paper.
6. Place the cookie ball inside the heart shaped cookie cutter and using your hands, or a spoon push the mixture into the edges of the cookie cutter. Repeat for each cookie.
7. Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown and baked through. Leave to cool and top with some chocolate hearts and freeze-dried raspberries. Enjoy!
