If you’re struggling for a healthy, nutritional and light lunch idea for the warmer weather, this Greens Pasta Salad is loaded with Supergreens and protein.


1. Cook the orzo according to instructions.
2. Chop up the spinach and add with frozen peas and edamame beans in boiling water for a few minutes.
3. Allow everything to cool then mix together adding the chickpeas and crumbled feta and mix well.
4. Mix together the salad dressing ingredients.
5. Drizzle the salad dressing and enjoy!
