Garlic, Greens, and Chilli Spaghetti with Supergreens

This dish brings together the fiery zest of fresh chilli and the robust taste of garlic, tossed with spring greens for a meal that’s not only full of flavour but also packed with nutrients.

Method

Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions, about 8 minutes.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli, frying until the garlic just begins to colour.

Add the sliced spring greens or kale to the pan, cooking and stirring occasionally until they start to wilt, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the Bioglan Superfoods Supergreens and the zest of one lemon to the greens, mixing well to combine.

Drain the spaghetti, reserving a splash of the cooking water. Add the spaghetti and the reserved water to the greens mixture in the frying pan.

Toss everything together, then squeeze over the lemon juice. Serve the spaghetti hot, topped with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
