This Balsamic Veggies Recipe with Supergreens has something for everyone, with a veggie medley of caramelised green beans, broccoli and asparagus! Perfect as a starter or the side to a healthy meal.

- 100g mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 80g green beans
- 80g asparagus
- 80g tenderstem broccoli
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Supergreens
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon
- Basil
- Parsley
- Sale & pepper to season
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Fry the mushrooms and red onion in some oil until golden brown and add a splash of balsamic vinegar.
3. Mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, agave syrup and cover the green veggies. Mix in the cooked mushroom mix and squeeze juice from half of the lemon.
4. Season before placing in the oven for 20 minutes.
5 Once cooled, squeeze the other half of the lemon juice, stir in the Supergreens powder, basil and parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
