Cashew Butter Mug Cake

This vegan Cashew Butter Mug Cake is the perfect sweet treat. It contains our Digestive Boost blend which is a microbiome-friendly blend of live bacteria, fibre and digestive enzymes.

- 3 tbsp Cashew Butter
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Oat Flour, or All Purpose Flour/White Spelt Flour
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Digestive Boost
- Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (optional topping)
Method
1. Mix the Cashew Butter, Maple Syrup and Vanilla Extract together into your mug, then add the unsweetened almond milk and combine together.
2. Add your flour of choice, baking powder and the Bioglan Superfoods Digestive Boost, mix this until combined. Sprinkle a couple of dark chocolate chips into the mixture.
3. Place your mug into the microwave for 75-90 seconds or until the cake has risen. Leave for 10 seconds, top with a few more dark chocolate chips and enjoy warm!
