Strawberry & Mint Sorbet
with Superberries

Five Minutes (plus overnight freezing)
This Strawberry & Mint Sorbet with Superberries is lovely and refreshing, perfect to cool you down on hot, sunny days and great for the little ones too!
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 300g frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 180ml cold water
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Superberries
- 10 mint leaves
Method
1. Add the frozen strawberries, agave syrup, Superberries, mint leaves and half the water to a blender until smooth – add the rest of the water slowly until you get the right consistency.
2. Add to a freezer safe tin (we used a loaf tin) and freeze overnight.
3. Take it out the freezer 20 minutes or so before you’re ready to serve to allow it to soften enough to scoop, enjoy!
