Everyone’s been loving Banana Bread since lockdown last year, now you can turn the craze into a healthy breakfast with this fantastic overnight oats recipe from Amanda Hamilton using our Digestive Boost.
Ingredients

- 40g oats
- 125ml milk of choice
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 tbsp ground flax (optional)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Digestive Boost
- ½ mashed ripe banana
- ½ sliced banana (optional)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar that can be sealed and stir well.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve hot or cold, garnish with additional sliced banana if desired. Enjoy!
