Chocolate Baked Oats
with Brain Boost

- 250g oats, ground to flour in a blender
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100g chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
- 450ml milk
- 120ml maple syrup
- 60g almond or peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 60g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Brain Boost
- 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Beauty Protein
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 170°C)
2. Add the milk, almond butter, vanilla and maple syrup to a bowl and whisk to combine.
3. Add the oats, cocoa powder, Brain Boost, Beauty Protein, salt and baking powder and stir together until smooth.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Line an 8inch square tin with baking paper and pour the mixture into the tin. Top with more chocolate chips and place into the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin for a few minutes before removing and slicing into bars.
6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
