Our Houmous Bruschetta with Supergreens will jazz up your snack or light meal. This delicious and nutritious dish combines the creamy richness of houmous with Bioglan Superfoods Supergreens, and is garnished with vibrant cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. This bruschetta is ideal for a quick and healthy snack, providing a burst of flavour as well as a nutritional boost with each bite.

Method

1. Chop the tomatoes into quarters and set aside.
2. Stir the Supergreens into the houmous until smooth.
3. Toast the bread and rub with a clove of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Top with the Supergreens houmous followed by the tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the top and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
