Vegan Carbonara
with Super Protein

Creamy pasta with a vegan carbonara sauce – yum! This recipe is super simple to make, a great choice for a weeknight meal.

- 150g tagliatelle
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 60g vegan bacon
- 1 cup vegan cream
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp miso paste
- Black pepper to season
- 1 ½ tsp Bioglan Superfoods Super Protein
- Dried parsley to garnish
Method
1. Boil the pasta.
2. Fry the chopped garlic and vegan bacon in olive oil.
3. On a low heat, add the vegan cream, nutritional yeast, miso paste, black pepper and Super Protein.
4. Turn off the heat and stir in the boiled and drained pasta.
5. Top with dried parsley and enjoy!
