Tofu Pudding
with Cacao Boost

There aren’t many desserts that are tasty, creamy and vegan, but this tofu pudding is all three! You may think tofu in a dessert is strange, but just trust us on this one. The Cacao Boost adds a great chocolatey flavour as well as adding copper and magnesium to boost energy.
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 350g silken tofu
- 60mls coconut oil, melted
- 2 heaped tbsps Bioglan Superfoods Cacao Boost
- 120mls almond milk
- 80mls maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Spoon the pudding into serving dishes and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Top with chopped nuts and fruit if desired and enjoy!
