
Raspberry, Banana and Almond Butter Muffins

- 120g flour
- 65g oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 110g yoghurt
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 80g almond butter
- 80g honey
- 30ml milk
- 120g fresh or frozen raspberries
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with muffins cases. Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl
2. Add the oats, yoghurt, almond butter, Beauty Protein, honey, bananas, milk and eggs to a blender and blend until smooth
3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir well to combine. Add the raspberries and stir again.
4. Spoon tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
