Crispy Granola Bars
with Beauty Protein

We love an easy snack prep for on the go activities or packed schedules! These flavoursome granola bars are packed with plant protein and provide a collagen boost.
Ingredients

- 135g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Beauty Protein
- 60ml maple syrup
- 120g almond butter
- 75g seeds (we used hemp and chia, but use any seeds or chopped nuts you like)
- 45g chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 170°C)
2. Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine until you have a sticky dough. If the mixture is too crumbly, add some more nut butter
3. Line an 8inch square tin with baking paper and press the mixture into the tin until it’s flat. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the bars are golden and crispy.
4. Slice into bars and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
