- 150g oats, blended into flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Beauty Protein
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 50g caster sugar
- 75g butter, melted
- 2 tbsps milk
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/360°F.
Add the oats, baking powder, spices, Beauty Protein, and sugar to a bowl and stir to combine.
Add the vanilla, melted butter, and milk and stir again to form a dough. Tip onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to a thickness of 0.5cm.
Cut out shapes from the dough and place onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the center of the oven for 10-12 minutes and leave on the tray to cool slightly. The biscuits will harden as they cool. After a few minutes, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
The biscuits will keep in an airtight container for 4 days. Enjoy!
