
Chia Pudding
with Green Boost


This chia pudding makes for a deliciously light breakfast or mid-afternoon snack. The Green Boost adds a healthy hit of greens and also pairs really well with the sweetness of the banana. Top with whatever you fancy and make it your own!
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 200g coconut yoghurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1tsp Bioglan Superfoods Green Boost
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of blueberries
Method
Add the coconut yoghurt, banana and Green Boost powder to a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds and leave to chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
Serve in small bowls topped with blueberries and enjoy!
