Breakfast Pots
with Superberries

If your breakfast needs pimping, have a go at these tasty little pots with Superberries. Because you can make these directly in jars, you can store them in the fridge for the next day. Or eat straight away if you can’t wait!
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 200g Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 50g oats
- 2 tsps Superberries
- Half an apple. grated
- For the puree:
- 100g strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Topping:
- Strawberries
- Mint leaves
Method
Add the yoghurt, oats, Superberries, and apple to a large bowl, stir together and set aside.
For the puree, add the strawberries, honey and lemon juice to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more honey if you prefer a sweeter puree.
Divide the puree between two glass jars and place the oats on top. Top with extra strawberries and mint leaves and enjoy!
