with Superberries

Fifteen Minutes

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this delicious Berry Ripple Ice Cream. It’s super simple to recreate at home. We hope you love it as much as we do.

1. Cut your lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a cup, then add your raspberries and blackberries to a pan with the lemon juice, caster sugar and Bioglan Superfoods Superberries. Cook until the mixture has reduced by half (around 8-10 minutes) then strain using a sieve to remove the seeds.
2. Add your whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat until soft peaks, then add the vanilla extract and condensed milk and beat again to soft peaks.
3. Pour your ice cream mixture into a freezable container or baking tin, swirl your berry mixture on top and mix throughout.
4 Pop the container into the freezer until frozen – four hours or overnight.
5. Leave at room temperature for five to ten minutes before serving in ice cream cones. Enjoy!
