- 60g cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 40ml milk of choice
- 40ml water
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Beauty Protein
- ½ apple (chopped)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Pinch of salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Spray or coat a oven-safe ramekin in oil and set aside
3. In a bowl combine all the ingredients
4. Pour the mixture into the ramekin
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes
