Avocado, Bean and Feta Sandwich

This flavoursome avo, feta and smashed bean on toast recipe makes the perfect wholesome lunch dish! Prepare in just 10 minutes, for a quick but still nutritious lunch.

Method

1. Drain the beans using a sieve and add them to a larger mixing bowl, halve the avocado and scoop out adding to the bowl.
2. Crumble in the feta cheese, add in finely chopped basil and chives.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl.
4. Add in the Bioglan Superfoods Beauty Protein powder and season with salt & pepper.
5. Use a fork to mash all the ingredients together until combined.
6. Place onto your bread and create a sandwich or add to a slice of toast and enjoy!
