Women’s Balance Almond Balls

with Super Protein

Nutritionist Amanda Hamilton created this recipe for Almond Balls with Super Protein. The perfect afternoon snack – tasty and healthy!

 

Method

1. In a blender, add the almonds and blend until fine.
2. Add all the dry ingredients, blend.
3. Add apricots, blend.
4. Add a dash of water until you get a doughy consistency.
5. Shape into balls and coat with desiccated coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 1 week. Can also be frozen. Enjoy!
