Vegan Flatbreads

with Green Boost

These vegan flatbreads are so easy to make and the added Green Boost makes it easy to eat your greens in a tasty way!


1. Stir together the flour, salt and Green Boost, then add in the olive oil and water. Stir together until a dough is formed. You may need to add more water if it feels dry.
2. Dust a clean work surface with flour and tip out the dough. Knead until it comes together then divide into three equal sized pieces.
3. Roll each piece of dough into a rough circle, about half a centimetre thick. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and cook each flatbread until it is puffed up and golden on the outside.
4. Once cooked, brush with a little extra oil and top with the chilli flakes and nigella seeds if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
