Tofu Breakfast Bagel with Green Boost

Kick-start your day with our Tofu Breakfast Bagel with Green Boost. This bagel packs a punch and can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and dinner.


1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the tofu in chunks then scramble it with a masher or fork.
2. Add the mango masala spice (you can also just use turmeric instead) and the Green Boost and heat for around five minutes, stirring regularly.
3. Take off the heat and add the natural yoghurt and dill.
4. Toast the bagel, adding avocado on the bottom then top with the scrambled tofu, Sriracha/chilli sauce and top with a little more dill. Enjoy!
