Peanut Snack Balls
with Cacao Boost


Another recipe from our partnership with nutritionist Amanda Hamilton. These Peanut Snack Balls with Cacao Boost make the perfect afternoon snack.
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 100g oats
- 2 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Cacao Boost
- 5 prunes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Dash of water if needed
- Grounded flaxseed for coating
Method
1. In a blender, add all the dry ingredients and blend until fine.
2. Add prunes, maple syrup and peanut butter and blend.
3. Add water if needed.
4. Shape into balls and coat in flaxseeds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 1 week. Can also be frozen. Enjoy!
