
Peanut Butter and Honey Baked Oats

These make a delicious sweet treat when you are feeling peckish mid-afternoon. Packed full of slow-release energy from the Oats and Flax + Chia seeds.
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1tsp nativa
- 2 tsp maple syrup/ honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1/5 cup milk (with 1/2 tsp instant coffee mixed in)
- 2 tsp chunky peanut butter + 1/2 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 heaped tsp Bioglan Superfoods Flax + Chia - whisked with 2-3 tsp water
- Pinch sea salt
Method
Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil. Mix in maple syrup/ honey.
Mix together all other ingredients and stir in the peanut butter, coconut oil/syrup mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/ 375F for 20ish minutes until risen and golden.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top while still hot before serving (it will seep through and make them sweeter) add a sprinkle of Bioglan Superfoods Flax + Chia for an extra crunch.
