Peanut Butter and Honey Baked Oats

These make a delicious sweet treat when you are feeling peckish mid-afternoon. Packed full of slow-release energy from the Oats and Flax + Chia seeds.


Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil. Mix in maple syrup/ honey.

Mix together all other ingredients and stir in the peanut butter, coconut oil/syrup mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/ 375F for 20ish minutes until risen and golden.

Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top while still hot before serving (it will seep through and make them sweeter) add a sprinkle of Bioglan Superfoods Flax + Chia for an extra crunch.
