
Overnight Flax + Chia Oats

You can prepare this recipe quickly and easily the night before and wake up to a super healthy, nutritious meal in the morning, without any fuss.
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp Bioglan Superfoods Flax + Chia (+1tsp to top)
- 2/3 cup preferred milk/ water
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 2 – 3 tsp coconut sugar (or your preferred sweetener – honey, agave, maple syrup etc.)
- 1⁄4 cup 0% greek yoghurt (or alternative)
- Handful fresh blueberries
- A few pecan nuts
- Coconut sugar/ maple syrup to top, if desired
Method
Combine the oats, Bioglan Superfoods Flax + Chia, cinnamon and water/ milk in a jar or covered glass. Mix thoroughly and soak overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, stir in your desired sweetener (coconut sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup etc.). Top with yoghurt, blueberries, pecans and a drizzle of coconut syrup.
