Overnight Chia + Flax Oats

You can prepare this recipe quickly and easily the night before and wake up to a super healthy, nutritious meal in the morning, without any fuss.

Method

Combine the oats, Bioglan Superfoods Chia + Flax, cinnamon and water/ milk in a jar or covered glass. Mix thoroughly and soak overnight in the fridge.

In the morning, stir in your desired sweetener (coconut sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup etc.). Top with yoghurt, blueberries, pecans and a drizzle of coconut syrup.
