Easy Vegan Pizza with Super Protein

If you love a pizza at the weekend, we have the recipe for you: Easy Vegan Pizza with Super Protein. It combines classic Italian flavours with vegan ingredients for a quick, comforting meal.

Method

1. Heat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7 and put a baking tray or pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
2. Add the Bioglan Superfoods Super Protein to the passata and season with salt and pepper. Spread the passata mix over the pizza base, leaving an inch around the side. Sprinkle the oregano over the base and top with the cheese. Scatter the tomatoes over the cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil if using.
3. Bake in the oven on top of your preheated baking tray for 10-12 mins or until the cheese has melted and is bubbling and golden in patches. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
