Chia + Flax Lemon Oatmeal

This zesty porridge recipe will help to wake up your senses in the morning as well as your taste buds!

Method

Add the oats, water, banana and lemon zest to a saucepan. Bring to boil then stir continuously for 1 minute. Once cooked, mix in the lemon juice, sweetener and Bioglan Superfoods Chia + Flax seeds.

To make the Chocolatey Date Bites, soak 2 medjool dates in hot water until softened. Drain and mash then stir in 1tsp Bioglan Superfoods Chia + Flax, 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Cacao and some lemon zest. Roll into mini balls.

Serve the Oatmeal topped with the Date Bites, hazelnuts, banana slices, lemon zest, a sprinkle of Bioglan Superfoods Chia + flax and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
