
Butterbean Dip
with Green Boost


Step away from the sweet drawer and replace your snack with this super healthy butterbean and Green Boost dip with veggie sticks!
Ingredients
Buy ingredients online at your selected retailer
- Dip:
- 400g butterbeans, drained
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp each chopped parsley, mint and Bioglan Superfoods Green Boost
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- To serve:
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
Method
1. Place all the ingredients for the dip into a blender and whizz until smooth
2. Slice the vegetables in batons
3. Empty the dip into a bowl and serve immediately with veggie sticks
3. Enjoy!
